Baby's first year : Au Pairs

Au pairs are young men and women who come from other countries on a one-year basis to learn English. Although they are registered with the Home Office, their work is not inspected by any authority as they work for you at your home.

There are no fixed rates for au pairs but you have to provide them with boarding, lodging, pocket money and access to English lessons. Au pairs help you with the housework and also with the children.
